Our Leadership Labs provide brave and safe spaces to tackle new dilemmas and test new strategies.
For our recent research project, Humanizing Social Sustainability: Seen, Heard, and Connected, we interviewed over 20 leaders across 16 industries in 5 countries. Through this work, we discovered leaders expressed feelings of fear, anxiety, and loneliness. In particular, they expressed concern that if they talk candidly about social issues, they would make a misstep that could hurt their reputation or organization’s brand.
We realized these leaders needed a safe and brave to tackle dilemmas and test new strategies. The Leadership Labs provides a sealed environment where leaders can explore complex issues without the fear of being judged or ridiculed.
We customize these experiences to meet the unique needs and interests of our clients and their leaders. These immersive learning experiences focus on helping leaders embrace new leadership mindsets and behaviors. Our experiences use a collaborative approach that empowers leaders and teams to effectively navigate complex business dilemmas with curiosity, courage, and commitment. The leadership lab experience includes small group work, in-person lab sessions, and sustainment activities, such as peer mentoring, webinars, and online coaching sessions.
